Dr. Garrett Desrosiers PT, DPT

Garrett is the President and Founder of ProResults Physical Therapy. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biomechanics and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, Maine. While in physical therapy school, Garrett served as one of the Board of Directors and Co-Founders of Husson University’s first interdisciplinary pro-bono healthcare clinic, SOARing Eagles Healthcare. Upon graduation, Garrett worked as a traveling Physical Therapist in various clinical settings across the Western United States. He has a plethora of professional clinical experience working with various patient special populations including professional athletes, weekend warrior adults, geriatrics, adolescent youth athletes, and community health. His specific clinical expertise is in orthopedic manual physical therapy with an emphasis on conservative management of chronic pain, post-operative orthopedic recovery, advanced therapeutic exercise prescription, and myofascial release therapy. Garrett currently sits on the Private Practice Advisory Board at Husson University assisting students interested in starting their own private physical therapy practice.
Garrett currently resides with his wife and daughter in San Marcos, California. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, exploring local restaurants, and spending quality time with his family.
